Placing an Order:
Once you have added your chosen products to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout where you can follow the instructions to select your delivery address. We currently use Paypal as the payment method and we do not hold any payment details on file.
After finalising your order request simply click the ‘place order’ button, you will automatically be redirected to the Paypal website to enter your payment details. By entering your details and clicking the ‘Pay now’ button, you will be placing your order.
We will send you an e-mail acknowledgement confirming your order reference and value. Please keep this confirmation in a safe place in case you have any queries.
Please note that we must receive full, cleared payment for an order before we will dispatch the products.
To the best of our knowledge product descriptions are accurate, however due to the handmade nature of some items there may be some small discrepancies in size, colour and pattern.
Some product colours may vary slightly due to lighting or screen resolution. Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph my items accurately and describe my products in detail, I cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise. Please contact me with any questions about the color or size of any item before purchasing.
We update our stock levels regularly however we cannot guarantee that they will always be 100% accurate. In the unfortunate event that an item from your order is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible. All of our prices are quoted including VAT where applicable.
If a product you like is showing as ‘Out of Stock’ please contact us and we can advise if new stock is due in.
